Admiral (Res.) Yossi Ashkenazi

Israeli Navy Admiral (Res), retired from the IDF following 36 years of service.

Last position as the Navy’s Head of Technology, Logistics, and Materiel Command.

Conducted two national maritime Navy projects in Germany: the production of the new Navy corvettes and the new submarines – Dolphin AIP type.

Led the Navy’s Weapon Systems and Multi-Year Platforms Plan.

In addition, played a key role as the Israeli Naval Shipyard Commanding Officer .

Holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA. Has also obtained a Master’s degree in Political Science and National Security Studies.

Graduated from Israel’s National Defense College.

Managing General Partner, Co-Founder

Noam Javits

Coming with a background in Psychology, Noam led team building activities among combat units in the Israeli Navy for over 20 years. After his service as a 2nd commander of an Israeli navy ship, he became a professional fisherman in Jaffa port.

Noam was co-founder & CEO in 5 start-ups, of which 1 IPO’d, 1 merged and 2 were acquired.

His companies raised tens of millions of dollars, sold hundreds of millions and generated billions to their clients.

Published 5 patents in the fileds of e-commerce, machine learning and digital marketing.

Holds a B.A in Psychology, M.Sc. in communications, M.A in Marine Resources Management and studied towards PhD in clinical psychology.

Itay Tagner

Itay brings over 25 years of experience in Business and Diplomacy.

He creates business and investment partnerships in the MENA region. Specializing in the Energy, Environment, Food Security and Health sectors, he works with Investors, Entrepeneurs and leading research institutes to create regional synergies.

Prior, Itay served as the Israeli Special Envoy on Energy, formalizing international and regional business structures in the Gas, Electricity and Renewables industries.

Later, he was the first head of the Israeli embassy in Bahrain and literally built the relations between both countries on the ground.

Holds A B.A in Public Management, an M.A in Organizational consulting and an M.A. in Conflicts Resolution & Negotiations.

Etai Ivry

Etai brings over 30 years of hands on experience in the design and construction of Aquaculture and Microalgae production facilities, in commercial scale, across the globe.

Over the years he established and managed from the grounds up, in various companies, fish farming structures & technologies, cross-functional biotechnology solutions, production and post-production of closed and open culture systems, hatchery and breeding systems, off-shore and on-shore farming & breeding operations.

In his various positions he was working with and for start-up ventures, commercial companies and governmental institutes.
